2. What data we process
Via the contact form we process your first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number, message content and any other details you voluntarily provide.
Technical data may include IP address and basic device information related to website operation and spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile, if enabled).
3. Purposes and legal bases
Responding to your enquiry and communicating with you – legal basis: legitimate interest and/or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Ensuring website security and operation (including anti-spam) – legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Non-essential cookies and similar technologies – only with consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
4. Cookies
We use the following cookie categories:
Necessary – enable basic website functions (storing cookie choice, hosting, form protection). These cannot be disabled.
Analytics – help us understand website traffic. We do not currently use them; if we enable them later, they will run only after your consent.
Marketing – used for campaign measurement and personalisation. We do not currently use them; if we enable them later, they will run only after your consent.

5. Retention period
Contact form data is retained while we handle your request and then for as long as needed to protect legal claims, typically no longer than 3 years unless a longer period is required by law.
Your cookie consent record is stored in your browser (localStorage) until you clear it or change it.
6. Recipients
Data may be processed by service providers we use to run the website (Cloudflare hosting, e-mail delivery via Web3Forms, Turnstile verification). These processors act only on our instructions and in line with the GDPR.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent).
You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
